The Picwall computer program (hereinafter – the Program), the content on the Picwall website, as well as the selection and arrangement of content (hereinafter – the Content), and the Picwall marks (hereinafter – the Marks), are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws (collectively, the "Intellectual Property Laws"). Any unauthorized use of any Picwall Content, Mark, or equipment may violate intellectual property laws.

Code & Crafts, UAB does not grant any express or implied transfer of rights to the Picwall Program, Marks, Content, or copyrights. You may not, by any means or method, without territorial limitation, copy, publish, transmit, alter, adapt, create derivative works from, rent, lend, sell, assign, distribute, license, reverse-engineer, or otherwise modify the Content, Marks, or equipment. You agree and do not object that ownership rights and copyrights to the Picwall Content, Marks, and Program belong to Code & Crafts, UAB. Nothing herein shall be construed as granting you any copyright or ownership rights to the Content, Marks, or Program without the express (written) permission of Code & Crafts, UAB.
